Phil Martin is President of New Century Exploration, Inc., a Houston-based energy company with an exceptional track record of oil and natural gas discoveries in the onshore Gulf Coast using 3D data and technology.  He has a history of over 25 years managing profitable exploration and production companies in Texas and Louisiana.

Phil graduated with B.S. in Geology from LSU and a M.S. from University of Louisiana.  He is a Certified Petroleum Geologist (DPA #4333), a Certified Earth Scientist (SIPES #2390), and a Licensed Professional Earth Geoscientist (State of Texas #5393).  He is a member of Houston Producers Forum, Houston Geological Society, Geophysical Society of Houston, AAPG, and SEG.  He is a former Chairman and sits on the board of the Houston Chapter of SIPES, and is Chairman of the Board, Geological Data Library.

Art Schroeder is CEO of Energy Valley, Inc., a company that provides money, marketing and management to advance energy related technologies. Art is also a principal and founder of The Energy Forum, LLC which specializes in producing and managing energy related conferences and tradeshows. For over 20 years he has been responsible for operations, engineering, construction, environmental, health & safety, and crisis management within the petroleum sector.  Through his career he has served on a number of industry and civic boards and published numerous technical papers.
